VIII. Authorization to transfer funds from:
a. Payroll account to local fund in the amount of $1,530.30. 
b. Retirement account to local fund in the amount of $257.19.
c. Texas Gas account to local fund in the amount of $11,889.67.

IX. Acknowledgement of Commissioners Court action taken on September 12, 2017. 
a. Adopt Executive Directors succession plan in accordance to CSBG organizational standards.  
b. Adopt Executive Directors evaluation and compensation in accordance to CSBG organizational standards.

X. Acknowledge funding received from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).
