1. Requesting approval to reject bids received for project titled Hidalgo County-"Pest Control Services" through RFB No.: 2018-056-04-18-SGS and to re-bid/advertise project with modifications made to the Specifications;
2. Requesting authority to exercise the Sixty (60) day grace period extension as provided in the current agreement: E-17-172-05-30, for the purpose of Pest Control Services for Hidalgo County, under the same rates, terms and conditions with Kill-A-Bug Pest Control, effective July 13, 2018  through Sept. 10, 2018 or upon completion of the procurement process, whichever comes first and is most advantageous to Hidalgo County so as to have no lapse in service.
