2.  Authority for County Judge to sign the required documents-Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement -Local Government.

BACKGROUND

The parcels fall within the City of Alamo's jurisdiction; however, Hidalgo County has opted to acquire the needed parcels for the city via the attached Interlocal Agreement approved by Commissioners' Court on October, 30, 2007.
