BACKGROUND
Requesting approval for a budget amendment request from the American Red Cross (ARC) to transfer $9,300.00 from Essential Services line item activity to the Operations line item activity. ARC issues vouchers for hotel/motel stays which is considered homeless assistance under operations. Vouchers for food and clothing also fall under operations. See attached letter from the American Red Cross.
