The Urban County Program, on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 (Palmview), is requesting approval of the final negotiated contract with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., in the amount of $3,200.73 utilizing Year 19 (2006) & Year 20 (2007) Urban County Program recaptured funds for a Street Improvements Project in the City of Palmview as previously authorized for negotiations by Commissioners Court on 11-6-07.

The City of Palmview has negotiated a contract with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $3,200.73 for the Street Improvements project construction of Park Drive and
Community Access Road. The project is an Urban County Program Year 19 (2006) and Year 20 (2007) project in the City of Palmview. Recaptured funds are administered by Precinct No. 3. See attached scope of services.
