BACKGROUND

UCP is requesting approval to closeout the 2005 Colonia EDAP Project Contract #725305. The contract with Garza Plumbing Inc. for sanitary sewer yard lines connections and septic tank remediations for 10 colonias in the City of Mission's ETJ area in Pct. #3 has been completed.
Attached please find a copy of the Project Completion Report and the Certificate of Expenditures for your review.
