Acceptance of notification from Texas Department of State Health Services to add language as an administrative change to the grant contracts as listed on the notice. The new language allows for contractors to transfer funds between budget categories, other than equipment and indirect costs categories, not to exceed 25 percent of the total contract value during a contract budget period.
BACKGROUND
Previous to this notification, the amount allowed to transfer was limited to 10 percent of the total contract value.
