Status report on the City of Alton's proposed Section 108 Loan Amendment.
BACKGROUND
The City of Alton submitted an amendment to the project scope of the Section 108 loan series 2001A, B-98-UC-48-0501. This amendment is still in the underwriting stages of staff review. More project information has been requested from the City in order for staff to complete the underwriting process and make an appropriate recommendation to the court.
