Approval of Project Completion Report, Certificate of Expenditures, MBE Report, Real Property Acquisition Report, Certificate of Construction Completion, Final Wage Compliance, Disclosure Report, Contract Completion Survey, Final Public Hearing, Fair Housing Activity Report, list of recipients, and documentation of decommissioned septic tanks for low mod beneficiaries.

UCP is requesting approval to closeout the 2005 Colonia Construction Project Contract # 725195. The contract with Jimmy Closner & Sons Construction Co. Inc. for sewer improvements, sanitary sewer yard lines connections and septic tank remediations for Colonia Corina's Corner and Bella Vista Subdivision in the City of Alton's ETJ area in Pct. # 3 and the contract with ASAGO L. L. C. for sanitary sewer yard lines connections and septic tank remediations for Colonia Country View in Pct. # 4. Both contracts have been completed.
