The Urban County Program is requesting approval of the final negotiated Materials Testing Services contract with L&G Engineering Laboratory , in the amount of $1,771.00 utilizing Year 20 (2007) Urban County Program Sidewalk funds in the City of Weslaco as previously authorized for negotiations by Commissioner's Court on 8-28-2007.
BACKGROUND
The City of Weslaco has negotiated a Materials Testing Services contract with L&G Engineering Laboratory in the amount of $1,771.00 for the Sidewalk project on First & Second Street. The project is an Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) project in the City of Weslaco.
