Presentation for consideration, discussion, acceptance and approval of a proposal received from Tandus US Inc. through our participation/membership with TXMAS 5-721A060A for the provision of labor and materials as attached hereto for approximately 125 s/yds. of commercial carpet "color #215 to be installed at the Court at Law #2,Judge Jaime Palacios chambers to include but not limited to floor prep. cove base installation and any other accessories/appurtenances as related to complete project #07-461 in an amount not to exceed $6,109.92.
