Requesting approval to recapture surplus funds in the amount of $1,696.62 from the FY 2004 CHDO contract between the South Texas Economic Development Corporation, Inc. (STEDC) and the Urban County Program and re-allocate the funds into FY 2004 HOME Owner Occupied Rehabilitation funding balance.
BACKGROUND
STEDC, Inc. has completed construction of all units under the FY 2004 contract however a small surplus balance remains available. The Urban County Program is requesting the re-allocation of these funds in order to assist in the reconstruction of single-family residential units within the County of Hidalgo.
