Requesting approval to cancel application for Rafael & Abigail Moreno at the request of HOME Staff.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Rafael & Abigail Moreno are being recommended for cancellation by the Housing Rehab staff due to the family not wanting assistance from the Hidalgo County Urban County Program. The family did not provide a specific reason as to their denial of services. As a result, the Urban County Program staff has made numerous requests for a letter of cancellation but the family has yet to submit.
