Requesting authorization to terminate the sub-recipient agreement, at their request, with the Hidalgo County Homeless Coalition for ESG Yr. 19 (2006) in the amount of $3,000.00.

BACKGROUND

The Hidalgo County Homeless Coalition has indicated that they will not be able to spend the $3,000 awarded to them by the deadline of December 31, 2007. The $3,000 are being returned so that UCP can re-allocate these funds to another non-profit that will be able to spend the funds accordingly by the deadline.
