Requesting authorization to amend the subrecipient agreement with The Salvation Army for ESG Yr. 19 (2006). The amendment will increase the budget for The Salvation Army from $130,500 to $133,500.
BACKGROUND
The amended budget will allow The Salvation Army to purchase comfort kits that will be made available to the homeless of Hidalgo County. This amount was originally awarded to the Hidalgo County Homeless Coalition.
