A.  Pursuant to Hidalgo County Purchasing Policies and Procedures,  Article IX, 9.01.02. f. (attached hereto). requesting approval of an order into the minutes of the Court, accepting the written certification submitted by the Commissioner from Precinct #3 of the necessity to purchase of goods and/or services procured because of one of the reasons listed in Procedure 9.01.01 c. ( Emergency Purchases-an item necessary because of unforeseen damage to public property);

B.   Pursuant under the same authority above, requesting approval of the authorization of the exception from the requirements of Artcile VII (attached hereto);

C.  Presentation for discussion, consideration, acceptance and approval of invoices totaling $36,272.32 from Doggett Heavy Machinery for the emergency repair of DYN F30-4W with authority for County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit and processing procedures are completed by the Hidalgo County Auditor's Office.
