Hidalgo County Office of the Criminal District Attorney-Human Trafficking Division [spearheads the RGV Anti-human Trafficking Task Force] is requesting approval of an "Exception" to the current HC Accounting Procedures Manual/Policies & Procedures A. & B. Non-travel Meals, Refreshments & Related costs [M.1, Pgs. 2,3 of 5] specifically to "Waive" the $250 cap for events to be held [through 12-31-20] under the Arizona State University/McCain Institute funded for The Buffett McCain Institute Initiative to Combat Modern Slavery due to the multiple law enforcement agencies and organizations involved.
