The Urban County Program is requesting authorization to acquire right-of-way in the amount of $27,450.00 in the City of Penitas for a Drainage Improvements project utilizing Pct. #3 Year 19 
(2006) recaptured funds.

BACKGROUND

The City of Penitas has obtained all required documentation and approval from the property owner for the acquisition of the drainage right-of-way.  Required documentation attached.
