The Urban County Program, is requesting cancellation of the final negotiated contract with Quintanilla Headley & Associates Inc., with a fee of $13,170.00 in connection with Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 Street Improvements project utilizing Years 19 (2006) funds.

BACKGROUND

Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 executed a contract with Quintanilla, Headley & Associates, Inc. in the amount of $13,170.00 for the 2006 Street Improvements project construction of Hinojosa Road. Due to property owners/residents not wanting the road to be paved, Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 is requesting cancellation of said contract.
