BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 is requesting approval of the Budget / Program Amendment for Program Year 18 (2005) & Year 19 (2006) to create a Rehab Single Unit Residential line item in FY 18 (2005) and Increase the Street Improvements line item in FY 19 (2006). A public hearing was held on February 11, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met. See attached detailed amendment.
