B.  Presentation for discussion, consideration and determination of grant awards for each qualified non-profit organizations including, but not limited to, the following options:
1)    Equal monetary grant awards
2)    Proportional monetary grant awards
3)    Other, as may developed/determine by Commissioner's Court
Note:  All awards are on a re-imbursement basis subject to all audit procedures and processes.
