Discussion, consideration, and ratification to accept amendment to the PY 2020 the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) Contract #61200003346 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, with authorization for Jaime Longoria to electronically sign any and all pertinent documents.
