BACKGROUND
Negotiations with the No. 1 ranked firm, Halff Associates were not successful. The scoring grid for engineering firms for the La Villa Street Improvements Project was originally presented in Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court on October 27, 2020 and ranked the following firms, of which Halff Associates, was ranked No. 1 and S & B Infrastructure was ranked No. 2.
