Consideration and approval of Construction Contract Change Order for the City of Edcouch Street Improvements Project. Change Order No. 1 will increase the current construction contract with RBM Contractors, LLC, in the amount of $54,192.35, and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with the Change Order

BACKGROUND

The increase to the construction contract price is due to the additional adjacent streets. Funding for this change order increase will be from the City of Edcouch CDBG 2020 Street Improvements Funding. 

Contractor:  RBM Contractors LLC

Original Contract Amount:  $235,700.51

Change Order Amount:  $54,192.35

New Contract Amount:  $289,892.86

Available Funds:  $ 143,266.89    2020 Edcouch Street Improvements
