“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase fill sand from VMK Materials for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 in the amount of $28,180.90.  UCP Fiscal Year 33 (2020) Precinct No. 2 Street Improvement funds will be utilized.

Three written quotes were requested, received and reviewed.  The lowest responsible quote was received from VMK Materials.  The fill sand will be utilized by Precinct #2 for the Las Milpas Street Improvements Project.  Delivery is expected within 30 days of receipt of purchase order.  (Price Quotation form , Quotes and HB 1295 forms are attached for your review).
