BACKGROUND
Request ratification of the destruction of Bullet-Proof Vests for HIDTA. Bullet-Proof Vests were salvaged for destruction due to the bullet-proof vests being unusable (expired useful life) and in the interest of safety and security against possible misuse of said items.
