Approval of Disclosure and Acquisition Update Reports for all Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) Grants.
BACKGROUND
A Disclosure Update Report is due after construction project has been awarded. Acquisition Reports are due prior to start of construction even if no property will be acquired. Both reports need to be updated to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
