Approval of a Budget and Program Amendment for the City of Hidalgo Urban County Program Year 20 (2007) to decrease funding from the water/sewer improvements line item and create a Parks, Recreational Facilities line item.

City of Hidalgo requests approval of the following Budget and Program Amendments for Year 20 (2007).  A Public Hearing was held and Citizen Participation requirements were met.  The City's letter of recommendation and certified minutes are attached. (see attachment)

Year 20 (2007): The proposed program amendment will create a Parks, Recreational Facilities line item in the amount of $54,023.50 for improvements to the swimming pool to include resurfacing of the pool, reconstructing the pool house and restroom facilities to comply with ADA requirements and state and local safety codes.
