Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval of application requests for Fleet Fueling Cards through our participation with Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) contract with Comdata Corporation/Transmontaigne Product Services, Inc. (awarded vendor of State Council on Competitive Government) submitted by Elected Officials/Department Heads/Agency and/or Program Directors detailing holders and users as attached hereto, including but limited to the following and subject to the newly adopted and approved Hidalgo County Fuel Credit Card Policies and Procedures:

B. Requesting authority to cancel all existing/current Fleet Fueling System cards (i.e. Arguindegui Oil Co., Comdata, and commercial fuel credit cards- Conoco, Exxon, Shell & Valero) upon receipt, activation and distribution of new cards with confirmation of applicable/required training;
