Presentation for discussion, consideration and approval to award proposal (s) received (through Hidalgo County's membership/participation with state, cooperative purchasing programs or interlocal awarded jobs or construction services vendors to Clean Air Solutions for the provision of labor, materials and related accesories, to include but not limited to the following proposed amounts for the various tasks to complete Project #2008-147 and #2008-148.

B. Asbestos Abatement        $ 45,968.91
C. Build Back                         $ 248,237.86

BACKGROUND

No proposal received from Herrera & Hunt as per attachment. Due to the severity of water damage immediate action was required to remedy the situation and drastic measures were required to address the problem at hand.
