A.  Presentation by Ruben de los Santos with Reliant Energy (Hidalgo County's current contracted energy provider through the County's participation in the State of Texas General Land Office's Power Program) for discussion, consideration and action (if applicable) of a proposal to enter into a multiple month(s) agreement before the expiration of current contract on 5-31-08;
B.   Approval of participation with and  through the State of Texas General Land Office's Power Program's awarded vendor (Reliant Energy) for the contracting of an electric energy provider with designation and authorization for County Judge, Commissioner, Executive Officer or Purchasing Agent to approve and accept pricing and a term of up to sixty (60) months if market conditions present an opportunity to do so with the CC setting the parameters against the current County's pricing;
C.   Approval of an Elecrtric Sales Agreement (through the State of Texas General Land Office Power Program's awarded vendor Reliant Energy) for a term of _____________ months at a rate of $____________ plus additional charges of $______________________.
