BACKGROUND
Interdepartmental transfer to fund negative balances and one (1) additional month in temporary salaries and fringes (April 2008). The department had already been funded overtime and temporary salaries and fringes as requested on CC 01/08/2008 AI-7304 AND 01/02/2008 AI-7254 (for the Primary Elections). Negative balances are the result of the department going over the approved expenditures.
