Requesting approval of a Performance Statement Modification to the Office of Rural Community Affairs (ORCA) for the 2006 Colonia EDAP Contract Grant #727005 for the Sewer Improvements Project for the 14 colonias in the City of Mission's ETJ area in Pct.#3.

UCP is requesting approval of a Performance Statement Modification to the 2006 Colonia EDAP Grant #727055. The actual contract called for 222 household connections. The Performance Modification Statement will reduce the number of household connections from two hundred twenty two (222) to two hundred seventeen (217) and will increase the decommission of septic tanks from two hundred twenty (222) to four hundred nine (409).  A total of five (5) households were not assisted; two (2) homes were moved out; two (2) homes were done by the owners; and one (1) home was moved out of the lot. Therefore, we need to reduce the contract by five (5) households from two hundred twenty two (222) to two hundred seventeen (217).  The decommission of septic tanks is being increased from two hundred twenty two (222) to four hundred nine (409) due to the majority of homes having 2 (two) septic tanks.  The total beneficiaries will be reduced from nine hundred thirty two (932) to nine hundred eleven (911).
