Presentation for discussion, consideration and action in connection with security services contract including, but not limited to the following:
A. Exercise the option to renew for an additional one(1) year term (as provided in current contract) with Valley Metro Security; or,
B. Authorize the publication of advertisement and exercise the sixty (60) day grace period extension so as not to have a lapse in services while the procurement process in completed; or,
C. Opt not to renew and extend nor exercise the sixty (60) day grace period extension
