BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 is requesting approval of the Program Amendment for Program Year 15 (2002), Year 16 (2003), Year 17 (2004), Year 18 (2005), Year 19 (2006) and Year 20 (2007) to include the purchase and installation of solar street lighting under Street Improvements in qualifying areas throughout Pct 1. A public hearing was held on April 21, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. and citizen participation requirements have been met.
