CAPTION
A. Requesting approval to declare as "surplus" approximately 4,000 square feet of office space (currently vacant and not needed by Hidalgo County) located at 100 East Cano, 3rd. floor, Edinburg, Texas for the purpose of leasing;
B. Requesting approval to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between State of Texas Department of Purblic Safety (DPS-Texas Ranger Division) and County of Hidalgo in connection with the leasing of office space for an initial term of one (1) year, with four (4) additional one (1) year terms to renew and extend in the amount of $12,000.00 annually.
