Change Order No. 1 -Request for contract decrease in the amount of $328,176.60 due to RCP being order in advance and contractor only going to charge for labor and equipment
Change Order No. 1 - Request for contract increase in the amount of $21,700.00 to relocate a 12" waterline that had not been previously identified in plans.
