1. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 262.024 (7d) (11) an item that can be obtained from only one source, including captive replacement parts or components for equipment and vehicle repairs.
2. Approval of "Sole Source Declaration" for Xylem Dewatering Solutions Inc., for the purchase of Preventative Maintenance Services on Godwin Equipment for one year in the total amount of $22,350.00, and thereafter, annually for as long as HCDD1 possess the equipment with Sole Source declaration to remain in effect unless otherwise revoked by the HCDD1 Board of Directors.
