New Terms based on the installation date of 04-01-2023: Service Agreement starts 4/01/2023 - Twelve (12) Months Parts (tube pro-rata) and Labour. Two (2) additional years service and support.  Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional 12-month terms upon mutual agreement.
08-11-2020 - AI-76788 - Exemption from competitive bidding requirements, purchase of Lodox X-ray equipment, approval of the Master Service Agreement, approval of the terms.
