A. Hidalgo County Courthouse and/or former Administration Building (100 E. Cano location);
1. Courtroom dry-out, asbestos abatement/remediation and build-back of 93rd, 275th, 370th State District Courts, County Court at Law #5 and surrounding areas;
2. Courthouse chiller repair requiring the necessity to obtain temporary 150 ton rental chiller and chilled water circulating pump at price of $3,750.00/week through County's contracted vendor Toromont;
3. Courthouse chiller repairs (o ring replacement) through County's contracted vendor Toromont;
B. Other on-going county-owned building construction, renovation and/or repair projects;
C. Emergency situations occurring since last agenda meeting.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Available balance in account is $27,075.28 as of 5/2/08. PO 602175 has $45,968.91 available for the abatement the 93rd, 275th and the 370th District Courts. PO 601913 has $248,237.86 available for the "build-back" of the 93rd, 275th and the 370th District Courts.As per phone converstaion with Marty S. @ Purchasing, estimated costs for the CCL #5 is $44,000.00 for the abatement, $10,000.00 for the dry-out, and $123,000.00 for the "build-back". Total cost of $177,000.00.
There is not currently enough funding for the CCL#5 project. Funding may be attained at a later date, pending funds from insurance.
