Auditor, Mr. Reynaldo Cantu III, Director of Audit Division, Mr. Luis Salinas, Director of Accounting Division, Mr. Ray Morin, Finance Accounting Supervisor, Mr. Xuejiao Li, Finance Accounting Supervisor; with authority for the County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.
