C. Requesting authority for HC Purchasing Department to negotiate a Professional Engineering Service Agreement commencing with the No.1 ranked firm________________________ to provide Engineering services for the “Hidalgo County Precinct 4 J-01 Stormwater Management” Project.

Each evaluator will rank Respondents from 1 (Highest) to 3 (Lowest). Each column will then be totaled and the Respondent with the lowest amount of points will be determined the highest ranked.
