Urban County Program is requesting approval of the final negotiated Materials Testing Services contract with L&G Engineering Laboratory, in the amount of $5,444.30 utilizing Year 17 (2004) Urban County Program Sewer Line project in the City of Weslaco as previously authorized for negotiations by Commissioners' Court on 5-19-2008.
BACKGROUND
The City of Weslaco has negotiated a best and final Materials Testing Services contract with L & G Engineering Laboratory in the amount of $5,444.30 for the Sewer Line project on the alley between Calle Republica and Calle La Libertad from Torritos Street to First Street. The project is an Urban County Program Year 17 (2004) project in the City of Weslaco. See attached scope of services.
