BACKGROUND
Request ratification of the destruction of Bullet-Proof Vests by Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office. Bullet-Proof Vests were salvaged for destruction due to the bullet-proof vests being unusable and in the interest of safety and security against possible misuse of said items.
