C.  Request approval to process manual checks to L & G Engineering pending approval from the County auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security.

D.  Approval of Change Order No. 3 on the contract with Jimmy Closner & Son's Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of the Alamo Drain- Master Drainage Project Phase II.
