A.  Request approval to purchase right of way acquisitions for parcel#'s 3 and 4 from the North Main Drain (aka Monte Cristo Outfall Extension Project).

B. Request approval of payment of invoices to L & G Engineering for professional engineering services in relation to the following DHS Levee Segments:

1.  DHS Segment 0-6A,                    Invoice No. 7076
2.  DHS Segment 0-6B,                    Invoice No. 7080
3.  DHS Segment 0-6C,                    Invoice No. 7078

C.  Request approval to process manual checks to L & G Engineering pending approval from the County auditor and pending the electronic transfer of funds from the Department of Homeland Security.

D.  Approval of Change Order No. 3 on the contract with Jimmy Closner & Son's Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of the Alamo Drain- Master Drainage Project Phase II.
