1. Discussion and possible action to approve an interlocal agreement with Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 (HCDD1) for projects in connection with the Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program (DRRP) grant and authorize HCDD1 to prepare and submit selected projects on behalf of Hidalgo County to the General Land Office (GLO) for consideration, subject to final legal review.
2. Authorization for County Judge Richard F. Cortez to sign Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1

The GLO Disaster Recovery Reallocation Program (DRRP) is designed to utilize de-obligated and unutilized Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds to provide the opportunity for communities with outstanding unmet need to access remaining CDBG-DR funds. The funds are allocated through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and therefore must adhere to federally mandated deadlines and policies.
