“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Longhorn Services, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $154,930.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 37 (2024) Alton Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on January 29, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Longhorn Services, Inc. Project consists of street improvements (paving). Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer Javier Hinojosa Engineering and contractor’s general liability insurance.
