1. Authority for the County Auditor to process invoices and the Treasurer's Office to issue checks for the Immunization/COVID (Program# 079-081 & 084), Epidemiology Laboratory Capacity (ELC/COVID-Program# 077), and Health Disparities/COVID (Program# 083) grants on April 4, 2025.
2. Authority for the Treasurer's Office to process payroll on April 4, 2025, a non-payroll date, for employees terminated due to the conclusion of the following grants:
A. Immunization/COVID (Program# 079-081 & 084)
B. Epidemiology Laboratory Capacity (ELC/COVID-Program# 077)
C. Health Disparities/COVID (Program# 083).
Grant funding ended on March 24, 2025; days worked from March 25-26 will be covered under the General Fund.
2. Authority for the Treasurer's Office to process payroll on April 4, 2025, a non-payroll date, for employees terminated due to the conclusion of the following grants:

BACKGROUND
Grants ended effective March 24, 2025. The County has until April 9 to submit a request for reimbursement; therefore, the invoices have to be paid before April 9.
