BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on March 26, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Longhorn Services, Inc. Project consists of street overlay. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer Izaguirre Engineering Group, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
