Requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Longhorn Services, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $146,575.75 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 36-37 (2023-2024) San Juan Street Improvement Funds.

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on March 18, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Longhorn Services, Inc.  Project consists of street overlay.  Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer TRIMAD Consultants, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
